Alrecia Peterson, Esquire is the Founder and Managing Attorney of AP Law Office, PLLC. and a Supreme Court Qualified Civil Arbitrator. Mrs. Peterson is a Florida native as she hailed from Tampa, Florida. Mrs. Peterson's journey to the practice of law began with her attending and graduating from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology and a minor in Political Science. While attending the University of South Florida, Mrs. Peterson served as a student member of the American Psychological Association and Phi Alpha Delta, Pre-Law Fraternity.
Mrs. Peterson earned her Juris Doctorate Degree from the Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University (FAMU) College of Law. While attending FAMU College of Law, she served as Marshall for the Gwendolyn S. Cherry Chapter of Phi Alpha Delta Fraternity, the Constitutional Executive Board chair for the Women's Law Caucus, the Executive Rules Board chair of the Jesse McCrary Chapter of the Black Law Student Association and a member of the Student Bar Association.
Additionally, Mrs. Peterson performed pro-bono services for the Federal Public Defenders Office of Orange County and became a Volunteer Advocate for Children with the Legal Aid Society of the Orange County Bar Association after serving in the Guardian Ad Litem Clinic at FAMU College of Law.Upon completion of her legal studies and after admittance to the Florida Bar, she was previously employed by a Corporate Foreclosure and Bankruptcy firm where she concentrated on providing legal services to financial and lending institutions upon the institution of foreclosure actions.
Mrs. Peterson now focuses on providing exceptional legal representation to clients that are experiencing concerns in Family and Real Estate Law cases.
